@Rauf Alizade I figured out that the reason is Vstancer that i use, without Vstancer this works fine. Strange, i haven´t experienced anything like this with other mods. Hope this could be compatible with Vstancer for bigger wheels.
@Jonduli I am very glad to you find reason..)))
The problem is your model not being centered. VStancer assumed the wheels have the same distance to the center coordinate of the model.
This is on you to fix.
@ikt canu give more information about that all car files are dummyies are centered also I processed the dammies again.Vstancer problem İ thinks beacuse in normal car wheels look fine

I'm not the vehicle dev, you are, or so you seem to claim.
Just open your yft in OpenIV and you can see with your naked eyes that the model is *not* centered properly on the Y axis.
