Just tested, at 500kph+ the jittering gets noticeable, but it shouldn't impede functionality.

Replay offset: Make the ghost start ahead or behind when you start your run
Light control: Force ghost vehicle lights off, on, or leave it as when recorded
View replay as passenger: View the replay from the perspective of the ghost
Replay control: Pause, play, scrub forward and backward
Misc: Key to teleport to starting point of a track, in track selection menu
Fix replays getting invalidated when the list is updated

Multiple ghost instances would take a lot of work, which is not something I want to do.
Read the description, it's already been fixed in the development build (on GitHub/AppVeyor).
Well, people complained and I got curious of what broke, but it still works *absolutely* fine. Popping heads, limbs off, shooting peds in half, damage due to impacts - all's fine!
You people sure you installed the asi and rpf?
Works on any vehicle if turbo's installed. It should spool up and slow down very quickly.
Only works for recent game versions, so if you're running an old install or pirated install, big chance it won't do anything
