@Antthony_12 I've had a look and tried out various changes over the last month and none on of them worked. I'd say its so big the game engine cannot handle it properly, and the Ambulance bug is one of the game many game breaking bugs because of it.

If you're still active - the fix for the ambulance issues are to remove all CEntityDef items with archetypeName ambulance in nordschleife.ymap and all CBaseArchetypeDef items with name ambulance in nordschleife.ytyp.

Also to finish it off you can remove the ambulance collision at T3 (at the second TF exit entry gate at the Sabine Schmitz corner). Not sure if there are other instances of usage of that ambulance model.

@Knob712 A long time ago, I renamed the ambulance on the Nordschleife to solve the crash problem. But the biggest problem with the map is the huge number of small holes, or rather the problems of collision of the track surface, which is very noticeable if you make the car physics closer to a car simulator, which by the way the game engine allows. If someone fixed the collision of the track, it would be great!

@Knob712 If needed, I can take a closer look at what I changed. I have no problems with the ambulance and there is an ambulance at the Nurburgring. Also, the medics in my game drive the added version of the ambulance, but there are vanilla versions in the spawn locations.

I don't think I installed it incorrectly. I've installed maps like this one a lot of times unless I'm missing something?

@Antthony_12 I'm glad too, that bug was annoying me ever since you mentioned it - I'm happy that @ikt found the root cause of it and I could fix it.

Could this map be moved further away from the island? and lowered to the sea level? Now is on top of Imola almost and visible from main island and ruins the view.

@zaelu I could try to lower it, but probably better to move it elsewhere that hopefully doesn't clash with another track. I'll have a look.

@Knob712 Thanks, I tried both moving and lowering it. I am trying to place all racetrack I have around the main island as they don't load if they are far enough. I managed to move Monaco,,Lemans, Laguna Seca, Isle of Man TT with no issues but they are smaller in size. Nurburgring is big and something happens I think during the process. The archive is still accessible and working fine in OpenIV but not in game. Restoring the modified files back inside the rpf and the map work again and game starts normally.
I have no other tools to modify it than "Open IV" and "Ymap and Ybn Mover"

@zaelu No dice I'm afraid. I used the same tool and yeah, kept crashing the game after I moved it. Probably best to try not to use conflicting maps at the same time, like Imola for example.

Thanks. I know. My problem is mainly the fact it looks ugly from main SA Island.

I also tried to move the map, but ended up just moving the smaller maps. And even that isn't quite robust with my COTA underneath still being messed up from the move attempt away from the Nordschleife...

btw, I don't know why I haven't rated this essential mod yet, but here we go :)

With those scripts I have been able to move many of the 13 circuits that I have at the same time in the game. Those who have not achieved and need to move are those of the user "vsr kevin", well, that of Barcelona I think so, but Imola and Spa Francorchamps 2025 no. And in the Enhanced edition the vehicles cannot end the return because "no Boundary Limits" does not work.

If someone manages to move those circuits or that "no Boundary Limits" works in the Enhanced edition, I would appreciate it very much.
