I am sorry for the stupid picture, I do not know what else to put there except that.
A simple Add-on DLC for installing the .ymap edits for the following mods:
Open Wheel Race Series
RC Bandito Races
GTAO Stunt Maps 2
Cayo Perico Series
Street Races
Drift Races Maps
The idea is instead of placing them in their respective 'patchdayXng' or 'x64X' .rpf's, which is a real pain the ass and takes up unnecessary space, you put them in here and it loads them automatically.
I want to say a massive thank you to Alex106 for his advice on .ymaps and providing a template for the DLC.
Note:
This supports .ymaps that are created for both SP map and MP map via Codewalker. Also, you are free to use this for your .ymap edits.
Installation:
Refer to the Installation.txt in the download.

v1.1 (20th August 2021) - Added the ability to load .ymap edits created for the MP Map

So, i can put custom ymaps of any kind there as long it's mpmap ones?
@William Halverd Custom .ymap's should work in both spmap and mpmap, providing you put it the right .rpf - 'metadata.rpf' for SP Map and 'metadata_mp" for MP Map.

I thought it supported any map, but it turns out it's only for MP YMAP
@Mclpone How did you get to that conclusion? It supports .ymap's made for both the SP map and the MP map.

@Mclpone Unless you convert it from the Map Editor .xml to a .ymap, then of course it won't work.
In fact, you don’t need to classify sp and mp. Yamp can run normally no matter which rpf it is placed in.

@JoyLucien But both similar ymaps stored in a same area of the map can cause lod issues, props placed in incorrect places and many other compability problems. I fixed the Record A Studios by doing fixes similar to these methods
Cant you just use the custom_maps.rpf that you use to install every other y map?
@trs5405 No, because it does not work with that mod - since these .ymaps are different from what the other mod supports.
hmmm interesting, is that because the content.xml is structured differently?

There's nothing inside dlc. No files.
