so i tried to edit the global.gxt2 file to rename the car for my addon but it keeps saying duplicate key when i try to drag it to lang folder, any fix?
after many tries, i realized that if i put a space between Sian-Roadster: <gameName>SIAN ROADSTER</gameName>
it will remove the last 2 characters E and R, so i wonder if there is any model name character limit
@ikt i followed the guide above but the car name doesnt change
example: my language files is:
"0x5FED41AB = Sian Roadster
0xAC6B8829 = Lamborghini"
and my vehicle.meta is:
<gameName>SIANROADSTER</gameName>
<vehicleMakeName>LAMBORGHINI</vehicleMakeName>
and the result is:
Display name Model name GXT name
[17:33:04.807] [ INFO] 0x9D154D9E Super SIANROADSTE sianr SIANROADSTE
I want it to be Sian Roadster
crashes the game on build 2245, don't install this until the update released
