4๏ธโฃ Drag and drop WEAPONS_PLAYER and RESIDENT into the sfx folder.

godamn bro surely fix the carbine rifle
Man, even 1.2.3 still hasn't fixed it. I really prefer the sounds of 1.2 over 1.3 but the carbine rifle and its MK2 not shooting (at least in third person as they fire in FP but its like rapid semi auto more than full auto) is bugging me. I don't even get how the game is causing that to happen. Other than that one annoyance, lovely mod.

ian see no oiv file in mine so i did the manual and pistols sound da same only guns i tried but felt wasnt a need to continue

New update is FIRE the distant pistol gunshots sound like real life
It is great but it messes up other audio, like the death / mission fail audio
@Snoopyyy It turned out very well! But the sounds of explosions were better than now. The distant sound of an explosion seemed to have disappeared. If possible, work on the sounds of explosions some more! But otherwise, it's very good. The sound of the pistols turned out very well, realistic.
