does someone know where to put camera presets

Yo, i don't want to be problematic ,but I am making a video and I really wanna include this mod in it so it's kind of urgent that someone can help me.
i reinstalled my game installed scripthookv and scripthookvdotnet
and I went ingame made sure it was night and the mod still does not work I tried everything I could think of someone please help

whats the handling mod for that
