@EnforcerZhukov He is right. There are malfunctions happening with the mod. Possible scenarios are usually like in below:
1- enemy doesn't spawn, allies do spawn though but they go on idle mode since there is no enemy
2- none of them spawn
3- enemies do not respawn
in such moments, you can't end the war and start again too. I have to restart scripthook all over again to make it work. However, when i do that, blips in navigation still remains.

@gabrieldepaula Thanks for the feedback. You are right about the manufacturing time but i forgot to add it into traffic. It will be in next update.

Wave settings are too harsh. 0x is like lake, 5x is tsunami. Can we have lower options too please?

@Vintage007 Hello buddy. I know it's been a while. I was quit playing this game. I would like to help you but is probably 2 or 3 cars in total in the game that is built in before 1940 so, not sure about what's going to be the point of this kind of variant.
I updated this mod. All oldschool DLC vehicles should be available in traffic now depending on category. Army cars are also updated to fit 80s 90s lore. Couldn't do anything to police cars though.
@HKH191 How can i set it up? I couldn't find it in tutorial video. Do i put all files in scripts folder?
