Thanks for the mod!
I was able to replace the timecycle files
and some of the weather files.
However, the modification stops when modifying files like
x64a.rpf-x64w.rpf.
An annoying problem is that when modifying continuously, you will still need to remove OpenIV.asi when running the game, as it will crash the launcher.
After removing it, you will have to reinstall it to complete the modification in the OpenIV program.
Will there be future updates to the program that will allow you to modify all rpf files without the need for other programs like CodeWalker?
(I use the compiler)
