Features
- Carjacking like in GTA IV (People will get out of their car and raise their hands if you aim a gun on them. Most of the Peds will do that in the game, but not everyone, some still try to run over you)

Changelog:

Installation [Manual]
1. install Scripthook V and Community ScritphookV
2. create a folder in your gta directory and name it "scripts"
3. Place GTA IV Carjacking.dll in the scripts folder

@Burkiolmi is there a way you could make a config file to enable/disable the "car jacking" and "rob" features from the file? The "robbing" part while peds are just standing there interferes with some missions (eg. the starting mission when you have to aim at the hostages to get them in the closet, they just run away with the script installed leaving the mission unplayable.) Otherwise great mod!

why do they raise their hands when i lock onto them without holding a weapon?
Good but there’s one issue: whey you’re on foot and aiming on a ped without weapon they also stand and put the hands up
Just a heads up if you start a new game in that first scene when you aim at the sherrif or tellers to move to the backroom they run frantic and you can't proceed i tried multiple times if they manage to enter into the room they run back out. I have other mods as well but i disabled them all and it seems this one was the culprit, other than that great work this is an awesome addition to the game!
When I aim at the npc he stands still with his hands in the air for a while and then runs, the only error is that he doesn't drop his wallet.
it work for me...but the victim not drop the money like your...did u use other mod?
Really nice mod if you want a car quickly! Just aim at them so they get out and not run you over before you get to their door.
But Im wondering does all NPC's you steal cars from have guns? usually they run 20meters, and then they pull up either an assault rifle or a pistol.
Fun thing happened 1 hour ago. I stole a lady's car. she pulled out a heavy sniper and headshoted me... 10/10 would let that woman kill me again
Great mod and even works with auto aim!
Look good mod but when trying to fight someone with or without guns or weapons theyll still put there hands up which can be very annoying but good mod and does as intended.
