LAPD SWAT Officer by Yorpie
This is a mod which replaces the NOOSE unit with a LAPD SWAT officer.
With the recent update for OpenIV which allows us to edit the peds themselves, I decided to try and create a SWAT ped based on various pics I found. I took the marine model and edited one of the heads as well as the torso, which consist of the Merryweather body armor and short sleeves, all edited with SWAT textures. The results can be seen in the pics.
I am happy with the result, the patch on the left shoulder is a bit off, I tried moving and stretching it but it causes it to look weird so I left it the way it is. The officer himself is short sleeved, but only one model can be selected for now so I chose both head models to be Caucasian, so you won't end up with a black skinned head with white arms.

Also, I recommend you use Cosmo his Bearcat with an LAPD texture, which is featured in the third picture.

also i will be doing a sspecial riot police model...but i have lot to do...so when the time comes i will

@Yorpie , which texture file format you used to import? .png? I noticed some color stains/artifacts on both shirt and gear
@AlexVonShep The texture file format was DDS (DXT5)
@rekram Its ok XD im a bit excited cuz i see no similar mod to what i just suggested on doing.Like the vest looks better than those plain shitty fat vest plus it has a small backpack

@Gekko_s They sould spawn at 4 stars. Or do you mean, patrolling? That would require editing some files, if that is what you want tell me, I'll check it out.
@Yorpie Yes, I meant the S.W.A.T. Patrolling together with the Cops.
@Yorpie Since now actually editing the models seems possible, can you remove the camelbak from the vest, since it's kind of unnecessary for a tactical police officer.
@The Loot Hmmm, so edit the thing itself using a modelling programm? I've got next to zero experience with that so yeah, I'll see what I can do. Else I might look for another short sleeved char and place the cop body armor on him, if that is possible yet.
@Yorpie How can i open and edit .ydd and replace lowr_000_u ? i have OpenIV.
