A Crappy scenario quickly put together with CodeWalker.
This mod spawns vehicles in LSIA, it also spawns security guards, military and a statue?
Yep, a statue that is taking a picture of the 3 prison guards...
Can't get any weirder than that! xD

00:00 - 00:24 SUV's spawn
00:00 - 00:24 Prison Guards spawn, alongside the statue man! xD
08:00 - 15:00 Security Guards will spawn
Now i'm not gonna spoil everything, so have fun exploring! :)
