Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
OpenIV
MENYOO
And very important to download before install:
1 And Panda Craft Mods (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dlc-panda-craft-add-on)
2 And DNX Generic Add-On Props (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dnx-generic-add-on-props-add-on-props-for-your-custom-maps)
3 Dont forget Map Builder 1.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) for some grounds.
HOW TO INSTAL:
ADDON [Ymap][Ybn][Ydr] for the Vespucci Beach Bungalow.
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)
1] Copy and paste the dlc folder "vespucci beach bungalow"
To: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2] Finally add "dlcpacks:/vespucci beach bungalow/" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
To: mods >update.rpf >common >data>dlclist
Good Sun bath :-)

sure as helll looks like it needs menyoo to load it
@Quakex64 i allways write Menyoo because a make the map with menyoo, then i convert it in Ymap for autoload it in dlc pack of OpenIV, after that you doesn't need menyoo anymore.
Id just like to thank you for not calling it an MLO
