Architect Design House v2.1 [Addon] creat by me.
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
and OpenIV
and MENYOO
and very important DOWNLOAD Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) for some walls and grounds.
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
1 ADDON
Installation for the main file of the house (OPEN IV needed for this)
(The house will spawn automaticly on the map)
copy and paste folder "custom maps" to:
to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
Finally add "dlcpacks: custom maps " in dlclist.xml using OpenIV to:
to: mods>update.rpf>common>data
Or, when you already have your custom maps folder then go to:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf
and add the file :

With Menyoo for a better renders, prop, lights and teleportations zones:
Copy: Architect Design House 2.1.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load Architect Design House 2.1.xml
(You will be teleported to the House)
Have fun :)

I have repair some few visuals bugs of walls and stuff prop and fixed the kitchen

fix all glitchs on all walls and floors, now the house is repair every thing is fixed.
add news stairs
add nex floor in the living room
add some trees and plants
add a new games room with a pool near the swimingpool
change some window to much fragile

change some marble, grass and wood textures on some walls and floors and fix some last glitch on the terrase

@Kappa_IT hello thank you very much, for creating the design house, i have just cover a existing house with her pool (real water) and add evrything else on top with Menyoo.
@zamalone aaah ok now I understand 😀 I am able to create real water, but I did not understand how the curvature was possible 😁✌🏼

@zamalone Hello author, why can't I get in the elevator after loading
@BOBI-LJ it because the elevator work only with xml file, not in ymap, but you got stairs for go up, and its very good for your health.
@zamalone Hey bro! Im having an issue where when i go up the stairs at entry it all just shows black and interior isn’t there. Can u pls help?
Basically the stairs aren’t loading
@rmn17 its because you need Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) and use only ymap files. everything will be fine. same for the bathroom and some few props.
