Rockford Hills Design House new Garage 10 cars [Addon] creat by me.
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install ScriptHook V, ScriptHook V .NET and OpenIV and Menyoo
1 ADDON Installation for the main file of the house (OPEN IV needed for this)
-copy and paste folder "custom maps" to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
-Finally add "dlcpacks:\custom maps\" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV to:
mods\update.rpf\common\data\
Or, when you already have your custom maps folder then go to:
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\citye\maps\custom maps.rpf\
and add the file : Rockford Hills Design House3[Addon].ymap.xml (don t rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest)
2 With Menyoo for the new garage 10 cars and better render for the house:
Copy: Rockford Hills Design House4.xml
of my archive to GTAV/menyooStuff/Spooner.
Now launch GTAV, press F8 to open Menyoo, select ObjectSpooner , SavedFiles , and load Rockford Hills Design House4.xml
(You will be teleported to the House and you can use the new garage)
CHANGELOG:
1.0 creat the house
2.0 put some props and repair some bug with prop
3.0 put a new detail design on the exterior of the house and put some light in the pool and in the house
4.0 add a new garage spawn with the house you can by car by the front door and by feet in
the elevator in the house in the XML file with Menyoo

Why is always missing some stuff when I download the map with menyoo
@kaang_pam because you have probably some other menyoo ou ymap file installed it take too much place on your game, you need the clean some you don't use.
Hi, is it normal that with Menyoo the textures of the parking 1 are not existing ?
There are only the vehicles that are loaded.
