Will they be successful? Probably not; but with a dollar a month for a gym membership, you cant go wrong as a customer!
Welcome to Sandy Shores Gym!
Nestled right across from the Sandy Shores medical center is a semi-sandy shores like state of the art facility which includes used cross trainers, used weights, used yoga mats and semi new showers!
Lighting through out for those late night workouts and several parking spots in the back. Tvs up on the wall but no cable, so we all know they are just for show.
These are common props, with no add ons, updated object list, or DLCs. I try to keep the props as low as possible for those without good PCs.
This means that this map when converted to YMAP will be FiveM prop friendly.
Included in the file, is an XML. Drag and drop into your GTA V directory and load the map "SandyShoresGym"
Like the maps? Need a specific special built one for your FiveM server?

first of its kind besides the one at the beach being done as a script... nice job, very creative
Everytime I cross the road beside or staying inside for a time, I get some weird error named "video-fruit-zebra". Is it for this mod or what? I really like it and I want to use it, but only if it really works and don't crash the game.
