This is the first addition to the Sandy Shores community from CJR Inc.
They thought since the child rate was so high in Sandy & Grapeseed that they would first start off with a skate park to keep the kids busy and away from the bad stuff. It shortly went south fast. Turns out the property belonged to the motel and they ripped up all the cement but left the actual skate objects. Motel owner shortly passed away after, and the property is going through the courts. Itll be years before the skate park sees any corporate love and advertisement benches..
Electricity is still powered though, so kids use it night and day. It is tagged up, but they respect the idea of it and haven't damaged anything.
Use at your own risk (Homeless people live around there)

How is placing a Map Editor xml file into the GTA directory going to work? Did you mean to place it into the AutoloadMaps folder? I know a couple ways how to load ME xml maps and none of them involve putting the xml file into the GTA main folder which is what I assume you mean when you say GTA directory. If this is another way to do it, my apologies, i was unaware of it.
Either way, Autoload Maps folder will make it so people don't have to use the ME menu to load it. Heck, if they want to manually load it each time, they could just keep the xml on their desktop.
@chonkie Yes, place the file in your directory. When you load it from map editor, it will auto populate from your directory. I do not instruct to auto load since I will making over 50+ maps for just sandy alone. This way people can load what they want to load.
