Installation (GTA V):
Simply go to x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf and replace the three f620 files with the ones provided in the .rar
Installation (FiveM):
FiveM Application Data->citizen->platform->levels->gta5->vehicles (create the vehicles folder if you don't have it)

@H0p yes there is, you must have done something wrong
@H0p As I stated in the description, the front and rear splitters and the wing are extras, so you have to enable the extras through your menu.
