INSTALLATION
1.Drop mplowrider3 folder to update\x64\dlcpacks
2.Edit dlc list from update\update.rpf\common\data
3.add this line to dlcpacks:dlcpacks:\mplowrider3\
4.save and replace it

Peyote2 - Peyote Custom 60%
Emperor4 - Emperor Custom 10%
There is allot to do for this pack
To-Do list/Bugs
Finish the Peyote custom
Make tunning for the Emperor Custom
Add 4 more cars
Sabre Custom - Dani02 90%
Stainer Custom
TLAD Regina Sedan Custom
Regina Custom
Mannan Custom
Phoenix Custom
Stallion Custom
Rancher Custom
Bobcat Custom
Add more tunning for all cars

Thanks for this, i was pissed when R* did the lowrider DLC for Online only...
@Bob322 If there are any cars from GTA IV/LAD?BOGT that aren't in V or are significantly different in V that would make since to have a lowrider variant, could you do some of those too?
@Think_Tank suggest some cars they won't be done for quite awhile but please let me knw what ones u would like :)
@Bob322 Well, I don't know which ones make since. Do whichever ones you want just do some gta iv cars is all I ask.

@Bob322 Here's one, the Picador. It's a gta V car, but that would still be awesome.
A GTA4 Fortune would look interesting as low rider. And maybe 1st and 2nd gen cavalcade and Landstalker? Those type SUVs are known to be low rider modified in real life. Anyway, this good idea!
@Bob322 some modifications for peyote incorrectly sit on the car and the emperor has no sound and has no modifications
@Pahsan4ik yes the emperor is still a wip it wasn't meant to be in this version but i left it in there also they peyote needs a bit of work still.

What about the Blade it looks like a low rider already the suspension is all there just isnt a low rider ???? would be epic

Whats up with update? how you add hydrulics, what file to edit? And why Emperor aint have, thats only 4door lowrider
