@Alex106 What I meant was like have someone make a mod that included a custom color (I missed a lot of notifications, sorry, been off for a while.) It doesn't matter I guess, plus if say I made a player mod I could just say "use this value to get the experience I designed" or whatever. Cool mods, man.

@duration I hate to say it, but the modding community seems to not care much for the underwater world. I don't even know is most people even care about it. Although I believe that the Realism Dispatch Enhanced group is trying to make submarines with weapons (which currently is a bit tricky since boats don't have them and cars just sink) but I forgot if they figured it out or not. I sure would like to see modders explore the depths of possibility (pun entirely intended). The first major step is already in Grand Theft Space's boundary unlocker mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/no-boundary-limits-unknown-modder because now you can go deeper than previously allowed. Frankly, a Bioshock-like map would be amazing, but people don't seem to be interested (I myself have a bit of a phobia about the ocean, lol). But there's tons they could do, I'll bet. You're welcome to try making something.
@duration I guess if you take the model and label it a submarine, then give it the appropriate physics, then it would work. Someone made the yachts driveable in Yacht Deluxe, but it's outdated now.
