2:Use OpenIV extract
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it, add new line
dlcpacks:\bg700w\
Save it and use OpenIV to replace it.
You can use Simple Trainer Spawn it by name "bg700w"

Myeah, seems like the modkits are messed up. The right front wheel is pushed in, but you can't even change the wheels, the window tint, and change the performance of the vehicle. The only thing you can change is the license plate and color.

I'm gonna give low rating because this car is terrible, needs work and you don't bother to fix basic things like plate and think locking starters models is a smart way.
1. Buggy right front wheel. "the wheel shows fine in my Zmod" did you the wheel mesh for all wheel dummies? Good god. You need to move the dummy simply. I can fix it for you. Vstancer moves the whole suspension group.
2. Stretched Licence Plates. Is it that hard to delete the EU plate?

@MaxMzy damn it's such a nice but you forgot front doors windows make breakable haha, and also maybe version without black windows? coz you can't see thru when they shoot to your glass coz it chance to black from inside also

Some people reported problems with the right front wheel,but it was normal in my game and ZM3. My version of the game is 1.0.1604.1, I'm not sure if it's the version problem. If you have this problem, you can adjust with Vstancer, thanks for your understanding.
