@colakeer You cannot solve the GTA Effect unless you manually lower the amount of a times each vehicle is able to spawn in the vehicles.meta. You’d be making the edit 700+ times, so it isn’t ideal.
@Gillman Interesting. WIP testing went smoothly on another users game. Do you have a gameconfig, heapadjuster, and packfile limit adjuster? I will take a look at the file to see if there are any errors.
@Arkie No problem! Leave the density at 0 in settings.xml, and use Cass’ L.S. Traffic mod. It uses the gameconfig to increase density and I’ve encountered to issues with crashing doing it that way. You can still play with variety in the settings.xml though, but I’m not sure what the limit is for that.
@Arkie They’re just popgroups and car generators, fairly light stuff unless your game is pushing your PC to its absolute limits. Did you have a HeapAdjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster, and a gameconfig installed before hand? That might be the issue.
Version 2.0 is being worked on! This mod is nearly two years out of date, so downloading and installing may cause some conflicts or issues. I would recommend waiting for the update or using an alternative if you are that eager for some good ol' modded traffic. Hang tight though, turn update notifications on, and don't forget to come back when it's finished!
Version 4.0 is very close to being finished! There is some cleaning up to do + the addition of some fun add-ons for the a better experience. Please hang tight! As of April 16th (today, as of writing), GTA V got a small patch which broke ScripthookV, so progress is on pause!

@Mauluskus I can tell you now that it’s very close to completion. Work on the Ultimate Edition will follow after the Lite Edition is released.
