You need to open cmd and go to the path (depending on your version of gta5): %appdata%\trainerv\legacy\ or %appdata%\trainerv\enhanced; however, the name of the trainer folder can be capitalized like mine and already in this folder you should edit the keybinds and then the changes will work in the game
