@empress158 its a ripped model that means from a different game and just transfered to gta 5 he did not make the 3d model him self :)

Its not realy that hard you go back in the menu and select it again and then it is refreshed@Rohith

@Rohith you know you can just change the name of the .ini in anything and drop it in your gta 5 dircetory and then still load it up you can even place it there in and refresh it in the trainer and still your be able to load it up

Use the trainer from sjaak327 i use his trainer to create map mods like this @gtadicto
