For those of you having trouble with the automatic install you can always do it manually by going to the builds folder and change the file type from OIV to rar and extract the files to insert manually using OpenIV
I was able to fix the rph problems with RDE by Open regedit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Wow6432Node -> Rockstar Games -> GTAV and open Installfolder. then edit the last line https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/165031822848294912/261189308566732800/unknown.png by taking off the GTAV on the end
if that doesn't work let me know

@MvcGyver it's only the dlclist that is causing problems correct
@Omar_DmX look in the arrest warrantconfig file from the download there should be a line for disabling texts
