Do those settings in the ini file (like "COPKILLCHANCE = 100") define the chance of getting a bounty on your head? For example if I'd set COPKILLCHANCE = 50 would that mean, there's a 50% chance to get a bounty for killing a cop?
Great mod! But some small things I'd like to see changed. For example, getting caught for a too dirty car (I know it can be disabled) doesn't stop once caught already. I'm getting a 5$ fine almost on each time I come across a camera. You can imagine how many fines that will be when driving to next car wash.
And I don't know how this works in the U.S. but in Germany we have some cameras spread around the cities, but not on every corner. I think there should be a possibility to "trick" the cameras, like "I know there is a camera ahead, so I'll slow down short before crossing it". In fact I would love it, when the amount of camera could be reduced a bit.
it would be also great if we could disable the camers entirely and only keep the option to be pulled over enabled, similar to the mod "Pull me over", or maybe leave some places without cameras, because there aren't cams everywhere in a city.

Hunk, why are all your videos (also on your other mods) not available? Or is it blocked for my country maybe?? But then it would say so..
@InfamousSabre I don't remember exactly what weapon it was, but I'm pretty sure it was a carbine rifle (the standard one) given in the mission where a dope deal gets wrong (the first mission with Trevor, Franklin and Lamar together).
The first mission with Trevor, where he chases the Lost MC. When sitting in the car, he always gets killed by a headshot.
Well, currently I use the Real Rage damage & weapons enhancer, and it works fine. Got also insta kills on headshots (in most cases), as well as damage overall seems fine - but I don't get killed that much and am able to play missions actually. Since I've reinstalled Pickups over everything and disabled damage engine, I don't have any problems so far. But I'm willing to try the damage engine again without Real Rage then.
Great, thx for the update!! Got a request. Could you include an option to toggle/disable map blips? They are so many that it reaches the limit, when using other mods. Would be great to disable them.
@Mato32DX Lags a little even on SSD. But it's not the LOD. That's not really changed as only the interior has added life to it - which is mainly done by the other mod, not this one. But without this mod it doesn't lag anymore, which means there's whether some heavy script loop or something, or one of the included dll files hook into the game somehow...heavy xD
Oh, and does your mod also support all items in the current version of GTA?
And somehting I forgot: I thought it might help to disable the auto pickup option in the pickups mod INI file. But a user here wrote that this doesn't make any difference? Well, I'll try it again..

Well, I don't use any other damage mod, but I also deleted the damage engine, because no matter how I tweak it - it makes some missions very annoying, because I always die at the very same point, due to a headshot I get while driving away. I probably will enable it again when I'll have finished the story.
And now I'm a little confused. I've checked all my mods andthere is no other one that changes pickups.meta. I had the recent "Store weapons in dufflebag" mod installed, becuse of the ability to carry more weapons. Then the loops started happening during a mission, where my character got a new weapon automatically. Didn't happen before, so I removed the dufflebag mod and tried another one, called "Save my vehicle" which lets me store weapons in the trunk. However, the equip loop still occured, even without the mentioned mods (and these don't edit any game files, they're purely scripted). So, what might be the cause then?
A real nice mod! And it's still working fine :) I hope it will get some updates some day...
Also after a savegame reload, my shotgun was missing, probably because I might have quit the game before the 5-seconds check from your mod applied. But I still don't get it why all weapons I've bought got missing after leaving the shooting range. Something is not right. Weapons should get saved in the bag automatically, so in case it gets missing due to a starting event/mission and the bag gets unequipped, they aren't fully gone.
