the config does not work, i disabled torso dismemberment, and ped death sounds. However it does not obey the config. Anyone know a fix?

@giano it makes most peds and vehicles disapear randomly and ive tried alot of things to fix it including deleting mod folder and reinstalling mods but it didnt work so i reinstalled the game
good idea, terrible execution
so buggy ive had to reinstall my game 4 times because of this mod, ended up just ditching the mod in general
your mod broke my game, it goes black screen on start up and dosent start, so i deleted the lang files and now it still wont start up and all text is gone, thank you sir thank you
