I just wanted to confirm with @loginos that when pressing and holding E or Right on the D pad nothing happens.
I have all requirements installed to their latest and I changed the scripthook configurations to 60000 and to false to assure your scripts work. I also tested some of your other scripts out and they all work well so somethings up with the E / right on D pad button

Love the mod runs smoothly with my game! I also wanted to know if you ever plan of updating so that it includes more notifications from other locations in the Rockstar games universe that exist in the Grand theft auto universe like Liberty City , Carcer City , Vice City , San Fierro ,Las Venturas , North Yankton and Cayo Perico? ( I currently have the Liberty city preservation project mod and I really would like to see liberty city specific weather and notifications for Liberty city and North Yankton appear on the screen )

Nice , do also you think you can also get a version of the pause menu map with a radar (potentially) of the Vice cry mod or just a Vice City and also is Las Venturas also in this pause map menu because if not , do you think you can do that too? in general or make it available , because this is really awesome , good work
