How can I low and raise the hauler ramp so I can load my cars? Do I need the flatbed script or smth?

Hi...wich version of the game i need for this mod? I have problems with this because it says hoodcore is flatlined...i tried all script hook that are in the internet and I can't use the mod... maybe my game is outdated? (Shv dotnet 3.6.0 isn't working even the nightly...)
It is not working...the log says [WARNING] Unable to resolve API version 3.6.0.

So, the thing is that the mod is working til its time to get out from simeon's dealership....I JUST CANT...ALL THE DOORS ARE CLOSED AND IM TRAPED... what do I do? thanks for answering and have a nice day/night
