@Takeshino I'm not sure what to tell you, I just tested a mission replay and loaded back into story mode fine. Is it a particular mission? I can't imagine any reason why editing vehicle handling would cause issues with mission replays.
@mbahdokek Editing the settings.xml is really the main way to control variety. And that doesn't apply to parked cars. There's no way to control parked car spawning. I also don't know how NVE and WOV may affect the game when used with my mod. If WOV overwrote my vehicles.meta files, it could reduce variety.
@erlos556 You would want to edit the handling.meta and change every car's "DeformationMultiplier" value to 0.7, the stock game's value. Or lower, if you prefer. You could also make it easier by just changing the cars used in missions, and not every single car.
@noidontthinkso74 AI driving improvements will come with the next update, but I can only edit how fast they take corners and how early they start braking. The rest is on Rockstar.
@erlos556 It would be a pretty big task, as every car would need to be edited individually. You can use a trainer to repair your car on the fly. But I just see it as making the game more challenging. What missions are you having a hard time with?
@jaizzss It might still work, but you wouldn't get the full improvement to deformation damage or steering angles, and some cars would lose their unique handling.
