to fix the game crashing when aiming or firing, you need to use the older version of scripthookvdotnet. the one that works is ScriptHookVDotNet v2.9. and use nativeui that is in the .rar file
I found out how to fix the no gunshot/ no sounds audio bug. if you installed oiv in mods folder, replace the weapons.meta in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai with the original weapons.meta inside of the non mods update.rpf folder
