Odd game crash whenever I get near Grove Street

How do I stop my cars from despawning inside?
Everytime I try to use it it crashes as soon as I get to the highway. And when I put a waypoint down the street under me disappears. I bet it works awesome but it isn't working for me. :'(
I want to install it manually
It doesn't backfire. Do you know why?
