Hey so I have Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced installed and I've noticed the police have significant troubles keeping up with me on the road in even the slowest of vehicles with this mod. Do cops usually struggle keeping up with this mod enabled? I know many cars now have increased top speed.
Really enjoying the mod so far though, makes the game feel brand new!!
