I think you better learn/use Larcius' gta5-modding-utils. Without LODs it either looks like shit or runs like shit
@sjaak327 Is setting default radio station to "Radio Off" supposed to make it impossible to tune to any radio station after? Or maybe my game is broken

Does it make sense to set anything higher than 4000 if 64 option isn't working?
@Hydraxonn Same no OK for "Overwriting ped memory budget". Also none of 64 bit size options work. tried both 1 and 0.

Seems like a vanilla issue. Can be reproduced in any "sunny" weather between 18.00 and 21.00
