Nvm, Must've been doing something wrong because using the lore-friendly gang preset linked in the main post fixed that issue for me
@lucasvinbr In a fresh install, wars work now where enemies spawn, but friendly gang members aren't spawning. Is there a way to fix this?
Not too sure, worked previously when I played GTA before but I'm gonna try a fresh install and see if it works.
Trying to reset spawns says I'm not near a war blip when I actually am
Gang wars aren't working, nothing is spawning, any chance there's anything I'm missing? Menus all work and I can buy and upgrade without issue

@sob Hilarious dude, I've uninstalled it for now but will def come back to check it out later if ever updated. Loved it while I was using it though
The best carbine replacement for GTAV imo, attachments work perfectly and are compatible with other weapons. Love it.
Same issue here, missions won't load and GTA mod manager doesn't seem to fix it either
@sob Oh I am actually running ERO, that might conflict possibly?
