Try to do this:
1. Open ENT in game and "reset all settings".
2. Delete all the files of ENT from the game folder.
3. Install the persistence 2 mod.
4. Open the game and save a veicle with the persistence 2 mod
5. Make a game save.
6. Exit and reinstall ENT.
7. Don't use the option "vehicle tracking" and "autolock driver doot at" from ENT because that cause a conflict with the persistence 2 mod.

@GeroX So you have to wait for an update of persistence 2 or you can replace, like me, ENT with Menyoo.
This Work for me.
The problem is the mod "Enhanced Native Trainer".
They are incompatible.
