@charackthe I might be able to offer some alternative methods for the code if you give me a little more information. From what you're saying I'm assuming it's checking the player's location so that they can access the interiors if they're close enough to the entrance markers - correct? I'm no expert at C# either but I've made a few mods for other games and coded in it enough so I might be able to help. One thing that might be of interest to you is maybe using something already available to you in order to run your script e.g using a GTA V vanilla function or method that returns the player's location to use that within your mod. Although I'm not sure how patching and tapping into other pieces of code works in GTA V.
If you can, drop a bit more info and leave me with it. If I can't do anything then at least it's out there so that someone else might be able to.
This mod - and the original - need serious optimisation improvements. My framerate with only this mod drops from 100+ to about 40-50 and with the original mod it goes down to about 30 FPS. This is insane given my PC (980Ti / 4790K / 16GB) and the settings I normally play on (1440p Ultra). + NVR and VisualV.
I don't even know how this could be happening, not unless code and scripts are running constantly every second which is completely unnecessary. The scale of this mod hardly should cause a 40 FPS or more drop.
This mod destroys performance for some reason. I get 120-150 FPS on 1440p@Ultra settings without it and 30-40 FPS with it. My PC isn't the issue: i7-4790K / GTX 980Ti / 16GB RAM. Unfortunate since I've used it before and it's a good mod.
Is there a way to increase the distance at which you can see other players? It's really annoying how I can only see friends when they're about 3 foot in front of me, even if they're in a massive bloody jumbo jet.
Do the people joining your game need to be on the same version of GTA V? So, for example, if a friend pirated it and was a version lower than me, could he still join?
@jedijosh920 Dude, you can't be serious? I'm not and idiot, nor is anyone here. I've had other scripthookDotNet mods installed before and know how to install it. I've got all the right stuff and it's installed in the right place and, since everyone else is complaining about the same thing, it seems that you're at fault. Not everyone of us here has installed it wrong. There's most likely a compatibility issue that needs sorted or your mod just doesn't work for some people. Just because it works for you doesn't mean it's perfect.

I think something's up with your mod, friend. I tried it and it hasn't worked and it seems the same for a quite a few others, too. It's a shame because it looks quite good, please try and fix it.

But I downloaded your submarine mod and haven't crashed at all so far and have been playing with it for quite a bit all I think it needs is a handling.dat. Do you have an ETA on when it'll be released?

The game crashes when I shoot the president. I'm 500% sure that it's not my specs, I'm sure that's obvious haha. Any ideas?

@RaXoR Thanks! Does this apply to modded vehicles too? If I spawn a ferrari and my friend hasn't got it installed, will he crash?
