If you are sick and tired of having to keep a back up of your edited game files in case Rockstar drop an update, or you hate having to copy over your modded files, you need Update Helper!
Update Helper is a LML mod that is designed to make Rockstars updates less painful to deal with.
The mod will automatically load your modded files and replacement models without you needing to copy them back into update.rpf or into the newest Patchday once the game updates.
Its very useful for when you do not want to have to keep a backup of modded files for when Rockstar hits us with an update, or you just want to make the update process easier.

Vehicles.Meta
Weapons.Meta
Weaponcomponants.Meta
Damages.Meta
Visual Settings.Dat
Carcols.ymt
Replacement Peds and Vehicles

@ben_hamilton hi I've just had an update but my game crashes at loading ,can you tell me what I need to change in the mod folder for the game to start again please
Are you guys also have crashes at loading since yesterday update?
Guys your game is crashing because script hook v is not yet updated to the new version, If you remove scripthookv.dll from your main folder the game will load but you will not have any script hook dependant mods. Script hook v usually updates a few days after gta

@SemKill The DLClist will need to be updated each update due to rockstar adding in new packs. I will look into the others you've suggested and run some tests.
@ben_hamilton so if i update my game will update replace files and folders in Mods folder ??
@elsanhoty no, the update will replace everything in your update.rpf....my mod will keep any changes to the supported files as long as its installed correctly.
