do u have latest update of gta5 rockstar and "legal game version" ?
Have you tried clear all of dlc list and put only this map with a clear game mod from scratch to see what is make the maps crashing this method will help u to figure out the core of issue .. trust me ..
if the game start normal and everything start working good try to reinstalling ur mods one by one with testing ..
cleaning mods folder From time to time and according to the update date will help u playing ur game stable with more mods u like to play with , i know its hard to start from scratch but There is a saying: For the sake of honey. you must endure bee stings 😁 good luck Pal ✌️

@JMC_Mods ur script need more improvement and please remove mission that need to grab vehicles on train tracks bcs many of us using train enhanced and this is not good with your missions ..

@Carmela_LemoShiba ofc it will conflicts bcs same clothes using the same value in their dlc list for example uppr_1 will conflict with the uppr_1 in the different dlc . u should rename one of them to different value like uppr_100 or 101 to get it work
