San Andreas Cheats In GTA5 2.1

After five years on the East Coast, it's time to update my mod.
Description:
This mod is trying to recreate GTA:SA cheats system. I'm 100% sure I won't be able to recreate all cheats from San Andreas.
(v 2.1) Added cheat menu to help with activating cheats and memorising cheat codes. You still can activate cheats by typing them like in GTA:SA.
(v2.0) Now cheat codes are detected by their hash values. This means there are many combinations to activate cheats, just like in San Andreas. Type in cheats just like you remember in the good old days.
Instruction:
- Put both folders (scripts, GtaSaSounds) to your GTAV directory
- Turn on the game and type in cheats as you would in GTA:SA (List of all available cheats are ListOfCheats.txt)
- Enjoy

Default cheat menu controls:
F6 - Enable/Disable menu
NumPad8 - Move up
NumPad2 - Move down
NumPad5 - Confirm selected
NumPad0 - Back
Options:
Few cheat settings can be changed in CheatsSettings.ini. Cheat menu controls can be changed in that file.
*Updates*
2.1 - Added interactive cheat menu
2.0 - Cheat codes are detected by hash values (many combinations for the same cheats)
- Added custom cheats (not present in San Andreas)
- Added and updated available cheats
- Updated ListOfCheats.txt to contain intended San Andreas cheat codes
- Removed NAudio lib
1.1 - Added CJPHONEHOME
- Changed ListOfCheats.txt to be more readable
1.0 - First release (incomplete and probably buggy)

BUBBLECARS does not work for me. And the BGLUAWML works.
About BUBBLECARS: I see a message that the code is activated. But cars do not go up in the air.
@ED9M Try changing Force value in CheatsSettings.ini to greater than 1.1
@daronek6 I set different values. The last value is 9.5. But cars only weigh less. Their suspension is lifted. But they do not fly to the sky.
@ED9M What do you mean it's a last value, try even greater. How much avarage fps do you have ?
@daronek6 I usually have 50 - 60 FPS. And you know about the JHJOECW? This cheat allows to make very high jumps on bicycles. You can watch videos with such jumps in GTA San Andreas. I guess that such jumps can be realized in GTA 5.
@ED9M It's same as CJPHONEHOME and JHJOECW is just in a russian version I think. And I'm adding it right now I was lazy whole week that's what I wasn't updating much.

Hmm, can anyone confirm that this mod works with the GTA 5 update recently released? I cannot seem to be able to open the menu now for some reason.
BTW, love this mod! Been having fun with it for years. 5 star rated!
A follow-up to the comment above: it turned out that ScriptHookDotNet (not to be confused with ScriptHook) is now no longer compatible with the latest GTA V version, so its developer will have to eventually update it. No ETA yet on when that will be.
You should make the ROCKETMAN cheat spawn the GTA Online Jetpack.
