The NPC Health and Armor Regeneration mod ensures that all NPCs gradually regenerate their health and armor. NPCs will slowly regain health until it is full, and once their health is fully restored, their armor will start regenerating.This mod enhances gameplay by making NPCs more resilient and enduring in the game world.
Features:
1. Gradual health regeneration for all NPCs.
2. Armor regeneration starts only when NPC health is full.
Important:-
-This script requires Latest scripthookvdotnet Nightly Build.

Installation Instructions::
Ensure ScriptHookVDotNet is installed:
Download ScriptHookVDotNet from the official GitHub repository.
Extract the contents and copy ScriptHookVDotNet.asi and the ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll or ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll (depending on your version) into your GTA V root folder.
Install the NPC Health and Armor Regeneration Mod:
Download the NpcHealthAndArmorRegen script file.
Place NpcHealthAndArmorRegen.dll and NpcHealthAndArmorRegen.ini into the scripts folder located in your GTA V root directory. If the scripts folder does not exist, create it.

You should consider a health only version— be cool if they only heal up to halfway like the Player and perhaps only if they are in cover.

This is a brilliant mod, well done. This sounds like a strange request, but would it be possible to make a similar mod that:
1. Allows you to choose the speed at which health regenerates?
2. Allows you to select a specific ped to apply it to?The reason I ask is because I'd love to create a ped with rapid healing ability whose health replenishes super fast, but everyone else in the game doesn't heal. I'd be willing to pay for it too if you'd make something like this!
