A realistic manual gearbox system for GTA V that replaces the automatic transmission with a fully controllable manual transmission system for cars and motorcycles.
Features:
- Fully manual gear shifting system
- Supports cars and motorcycles
- Realistic gear management with Neutral and Reverse gears
- Clutch engagement simulation for smoother shifting
- Gear dependent torque behavior
- Real time gear HUD display
- Customizable controls and settings through configuration file
- Lightweight and optimized ScriptHookVDotNet script
Bugs:
- Some vehicles may have different transmission behavior due to GTA V native physics.
- Advanced clutch simulation may not perfectly match every vehicle.
- Some modified vehicles may require additional tuning.
Installation:
- Install ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet.
- Copy ManualTransmissionV.dll into your GTA V scripts folder.
- Place ManualTransmissionV configuration file in the same folder.
- Edit the configuration file to customize controls, HUD settings, and transmission options.
- Launch GTA V Single Player.
Controls (Default):
- F5 - Toggle Manual Transmission
- XButton2 - Gear Up
- XButton1 - Gear Down
- All controls can be changed from the configuration file.
Configuration:
- The configuration file allows you to customize:
- Toggle key
- Gear up and gear down keys
- HUD visibility and position
- Maximum car and motorcycle gears
