Your character has the capability to apprehend a passerby or move a lifeless body. The in-game environment dynamically responds to your criminal actions.
You possess several options regarding the hostage, including stunning them, shooting, tossing them over a fence, attaching an explosive device for control, and subsequently detonating the bomb in a specified location. Additionally, you have the ability to fine-tune the hostage's health and armor parameters, influencing their resilience in the midst of a shootout.

Ok so I have removed the mods folder and all of the scripts yet Npc's still push me away? Any ideas on what the issue might be?

i cant throw whenever i throw the body he just stands back up runs away for 1 second then falls dead to the ground

We need a better explanation for controller buttons. And can you add a hands up feature while pointing a gun at someone? Other mods that do it dont work well.

cannot grab ped when spawn with menyoo??
Best mod ! Just the animation clipping have to be improved while walking and pressing a or d. The NPC shake too much and once the hostage bugged out floating under me. Hope you can get that fixed, as it would be one of the best mods on this site for roleplay criminals vs police.
KB shortcuts are too cumbersome . As for the keyboard shortcuts, I think you should take numbers 1 to 9 on the left side of the keyboard

@harryrippa menyoo creates a Ped with a flag for the mission which means you can't capture them.

picking up the corpses to drag them end for me in an infinite animation. Taking hostages as shield works well
