This is William Birkin's human form from RE:2 Remake. Although the human William Birkin dosen't really show up much in-game, i wished to see his original human form in gta v. Would be great for ppl who like to take Resident Evil videos, and good for certain scene-making. Nonetheless, I will keep on making various characters from Resident Evil series, as I think that major character mods are already out! So, stay tuned for more mods!
Installation:
1. Install AddonPeds : https://gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
2. Place ped files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
3.Attention! Add dlcpacks:/addonpeds/ in mods\Update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
3. Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add ped to the list, using streamed - "false"

Torso arms rigging (Minor)
