1.First download the original: https: //sl.gta5-mods.com/player/uniform-lokale-politie-antwerpen-belgie-police-uniform-of-antwerp-belgium-bemodsv
2. After you have the original, load OpenIV, when you upload it, you have to make a new folder (mods) in your gta 5 files, copy the file into it (update in x64)
this will take a few minutes because they are large files.
3. Then you go to OpenIV you go under - (mods-update-x64-dlcpacks-patchday15ng-dlc.rpf-x64-models-gta 5-cdimages-patchday15ng.rpf) and there you drag the original
files and then you drag my file I not.
