Use this mod to add Ruined Freddy as an add-on character

Installation:
- Open OpenIV and place all files into GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > addonpeds > dlc.rpf > peds.rpf
- Run AddonPeds (make sure to Run as administrator)
- Select "New Ped," enter the name "freddy ruined"
- Set Ped Type to "male" and Streamed to "False"
- Click REBUILD
