A new version of the mod has been released - Naked Molly V2. It has improved the rigging and the connection between neck, aswell as feet. I could improve the mod and add a cutscene version, but to be honest, I'm lazy.
Many thanks to MARK2580 for providing the nude model. Here is a link to his mod:

How to install?
Don't know??? Read the Readme file in the downloaded archive, or...
Open OpenIV and move all the files from the "Molly" folder to:
x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds ig/ig molly
That's all!
