A year later, Spud finally delivers the goods... a proper cowl for the Arkham Knight!
As well as a couple of improvements here and there for the peeps.
Want a bit of raw sauce? Use my Arkham Knight Voice Pack boi.

1. Install AddonPeds
2. Place ped files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
3. Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add ped to the list

Could you make a 4K version?
@Tony_Tagliano 4K textures are too large for peds. 3K is max. I didn't do 3k because the textures I used weren't HQ enough
@Spud is there a way to make the peds to where they can be accessed through the wardrobe and can be worn as clothes?

@Spud Damn, that's the closest to the in-game model as you can get, pretty much. Glad to see these guys get updated! @RabbitsFoot SpringbunNy already made a ped model and an outfit for Trevor.

...but, it spawns in with a weird tan jacket I cant get rid of, this a common glitch?
(It may be because I tried to use it to replace a main character)
