This model is a CW-inspired Future Flash. Design was based on the original CW Flash and various artists impressions and is as dope as Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer riding a bus drinking eggnog whilst gracefully serenading passengers with carols on the way to eat Santa's cookies.
Big thumbs up for Barak101 for the glow.
Not included is my custom Speedforce SFX which is to be used with JulioNIB's Flash V mod.

2. Place ped files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\

@deadfound10 change your gameconfig.xml , also for emissive peds you must have the official game with last update

can someone help me so i have install like 10 peds they have no bugs or errors but when i install ped with glowing effects like this one or (like reverse flash with glowing eyes) game crashes when i try to open them how can i fix this (sorry about bad english i'm still learning)
