installation guidelines
1. Use this ped as
Add on peds
2. Drop all the files in the "weapon" folder in GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday8ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > weapons.rpf
3. Download Wolverine V [.NET]
4. Put these lines in WolverineMod.ini
"[WOLVERINE_MODEL16]
NAME = SharonRogers
PED_COMPONENT = 3
NO_CLAWS_DRAWABLE_ID = 0
WITH_CLAWS_DRAWABLE_ID = 1"
5. Download Captain America Script Mod
6. Put the SharonRogers.ini in scripts\Captain America Files
7. Replace the "Audio" folder in scripts\WolverineMod

Read the installation guidelines carefully. Don't ask me why you cannot activate the sword with Wolverine V if you don't read the guidelines. Also I have switched the left and right hands weapons intentionally in order to make it compatible with Captain America script. Like it or not, I won't switch the shield back to left hand and the sword to right hand.
